After the cause of your pain is corrected, it is important to learn exercises to aid in the recovery process. Stretching and strengthening procedures will be done in our office and prescribed for home use when it is appropriate. This is one way for patients to self-manage their condition and to help them to remain independent of our treatment.
We are pleased to announce the addition of the Barry Method to our practice. This is a combination of yoga and pilates for core strengthening and flexibility. We can now take the standard exercises for stretching and strengthening of the back and neck to a whole new level.
